Pujyashri Mathioli R Saraswathi
Pujyashri Mathioli R. Saraswathi, fondly revered as “Akka” or “Amma,” was a radiant spiritual force, prolific author, and compassionate visionary whose life was wholly dedicated to uplifting humanity. Born in Puducherry in 1940, her innate divinity was recognized early by the Paramacharya of Kanchi, Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi, who acknowledged her as the living embodiment of Goddess Akhilandeswari of Thiruvanaikaval.
Her deep love for children and unwavering commitment to service led her to establish numerous charitable institutions, including the Nandalala Seva Samithi Trust, Nandalala Medical Foundation, and the Yogasaras Educational Academy, through which she offered education, nourishment, healthcare, and spiritual sustenance to thousands.
Among these divine offerings stands Mathioli Vidya Bhavan, a school founded with her blessing and vision. It embodies her heartfelt dream of nurturing young minds in an environment rich with love, values, and opportunity. For Akkaa, education was not merely academic—it was a sacred path to inner flowering. Mathioli Vidya Bhavan continues to be a living testament to her belief that every child deserves the chance to shine.
A gifted writer, she authored over 50 books spanning poetry, children's literature, and spiritual insights, earning accolades like the NCERT awards and the title “Kavi Maamani.” Yet, beyond words, it was her presence that transformed lives. Gentle yet powerful, silent yet radiant, she guided, healed, and awakened hearts wherever she went.
Pujyashri Mathioli R. Saraswathi’s legacy lives on—not just in the institutions she founded, but in the hearts of all who were touched by her compassion, wisdom, and divine motherly love.
